ShareWiLAN today said that it has filed a patent infringement complaint with the U.S. District Court for the eastern district of Texas against a number of computer and handset manufacturers.
The company claims that all of the firms are infringing on U.S. Patent No. 5,515,369 which involves making or selling products with Bluetooth technology in them.
